Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

As a Working Student (f/m/d) in the Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) Investigations Operations Team, you will support the day-to-day operations of SAP's global compliance program and gain valuable insights into compliance, investigations, and corporate governance within a global organization.

The OEC is responsible for developing and operating SAP's compliance program in the areas of anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and fraud prevention, including the investigation of misconduct in these areas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with mission-critical activities, including supporting reporting for internal and external stakeholders and related data analysis
  • Exploring and actively working to implement AI possibilities in the context of OEC Investigations topics
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
  • Supporting additional compliance and investigations-related projects as required

As part of the team, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SAP's global compliance organization while becoming a valued and fully integrated member of an international team.

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (f/m/d)
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a well-organized manner
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Language skills: fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus

Prior practical experience through internships, working student roles, or similar activities, and/or experience with SAP solutions is considered an advantage

Where you belong

The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is part of the Office of the CEO and reports both to SAP's CEO and to the Head of the Audit & Compliance Committee of the Supervisory Board.

The OEC's mission includes addressing the risks faced by SAP from bribery, corruption, fraud and money-laundering. The organization supports SAP's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act, the German Criminal Code, and other anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws worldwide.

In addition, the OEC is responsible for key compliance initiatives across SAP, including:

  • Oversight and support of SAP's Global Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
