Working Student - Strategic Continuous Improvement (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a working student (m/f/d) at our Munich location (20 hours per week).

Your daily KATA:

• Help our Continuous Improvement Team link strategic goals to

specific initiatives and measurable results

• As part of our largest digital transformation program, you’ll help shape the go-live process, including testing
• Take on your own work packages in cross-functional improvement and

transformation initiatives and actively contribute your perspective

• Help us bring together information from different departments,

identify connections, and derive relevant insights for management and
the organization

• Prepare workshops and training sessions—both before and after—and support us in coordination and planning
• Create communication materials such as executive presentations and training materials

Ihr Profil:

Your Starting Conditions

• You are a currently enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of

economics, social sciences, aviation management, industrial engineering, or a comparable program, and you are in at least your third semester

• Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience through internships
• You are a strong communicator and have good presentation skills
• Ideally, you have experience in project management and knowledge of lean methods and/or process automation (not required)
• You are fluent in German (at least B2 level) and English
• You work independently and keep your cool and sense of humor even during hectic times
